The Big Task

You will evaluate the customers’ needs in an empathetic way and make them feel that they are making the right choice with Lascko Services as you book the call.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
  • You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers.
  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues, and promoting the brand.
  • Follow up on previously submitted proposals for work, with the ability to offer customers additional incentives to proceed.
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
  • Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional, and practice new ways to improve your skill.
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
